Les certifications Linux LPI sont les plus connues et sont organisées par LPI. Il y a trois niveaux de certification, et chaque niveau comprend deux examens :
Administrateur système débutant
Administrateur système avancé
Administrateur système expert
- LPI 301 français (examen en préparation)
- LPI 302 français (examen en préparation)

- Formation profesionnelle Mandriva/LPI : Mandriva vous permet de vous préparer à la certification via des manuels (en Francais) certifiés par LPI ainsi que de passer la certification en Francais (En france, seul Mandriva le propose).
